Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Forypay website, developer console, API and related services. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1.The service

Forypay provides an API that creates, watches and verifies BEP-20 (BSC) and TRC-20 (TRON) token payments and delivers signed webhooks. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice, except where needed to protect the security or integrity of the platform or to comply with law.

2.Your account and API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Treat keys as secrets: do not commit them to source control or share them. If a key is exposed, revoke it immediately in the console.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: do not attempt to breach or probe our security, do not interfere with other users’ operation, do not use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, and do not send more requests than your plan reasonably allows. We may suspend access that threatens the platform or other users.

4.Fees, plans and billing

Fees are shown on the pricing page and confirmed before you add or change a plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose; usage above an included allowance is billed per verification. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, which we give on the site and by email.

5.No settlement or custody

Forypay verifies blockchain payments; it does not receive, hold or settle funds. The actual transfer of tokens is a blockchain transaction between your customers and the addresses you configure. You are responsible for the correctness of the receiver addresses and amounts you submit, and for acting (or not acting) on webhook confirmations. The blockchain is the final and authoritative record.

6.Verification outcomes are informational

Detected amounts and webhook events reflect what we observe on-chain at a point in time. They are provided “as is” to guide your own fulfilment. We do not guarantee that a payment is irreversible, and we are not liable for losses arising from acting on a payment that is later reverted or from failing to act.

7.Intellectual property

The service, its documentation and its content are owned by Forypay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain all rights to the payments, data and integrations you build with the API.

8.Confidentiality and data

You are responsible for the data you send us and for complying with laws governing it. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9.Third-party services

The API depends on public blockchain infrastructure and may rely on third-party RPC and explorer services. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of chain data.

10.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forypay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11.Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, for conduct that harms the platform or others, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will survive.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Forypay’s registered jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
